Reviving and maintaining the long traditional and historical drinks from the Incas such as "emoliente tea", "chichas" and "cremoladas" and focusing on the altitude and longitude of Peruvian ingredients and the Japanese culture cuisine, with the aim to capture the motion, feeling, flavours and local produce to experience of the Amazon rainforest, Machu Pichu, Inca city high in the Andes mountains history.
