" I had an opportunity to collaborate with the.MEnU.project in fIrst nordic restaurant MOS in Moscow in 2016. Decision to invite the.MEnU.project to my project was made after at fIrst meeting them at Door 19 project in 2014 in Moscow.

The level of work, responsibility, professionalism and art
was incredibly high and truly impressive. During my work with them I was enjoying there passion to mixology and level of organisation Looking forward for any opportunity to do another high end project with them."

Having worked with the.MEnU.project on a project in Moscow from conception to finalisation of the restaurant and bar 15 kitchen and bar.

It was a honour and pleasure to work alongside someone as dedicated and professional as they are. Each day was a constant brainstorming on how to improve the customers experience, with us both working on food and cocktails that paired beautifully together. Which were in unison with the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar.

They are both of great creativity honour and dedication to their craft. And someone I proudly call friends, there cocktails delight and amaze the customers leaving them in awe and grasping for more.
